XR650R Foot Peg ModThe right-side foot peg can become loose, bend, and even break off under hard use. The XR650R foot peg mod reinforces the main mount, which keeps it from bending. The kits also includes stronger bolts and mounting instructions. This is the same XR650R foot peg mod that was used by American Honda off-road through the 2000’s.

Talked to Bob and his wife. Was sent over by Mark K. My ’01 peg had bent bolts…essentially a matter of time before he tried to kill me. Bob had one fabbed up and to my door (in Ohio no less) in a few days. Comes with the long grade 12 bolt but don’t be an idiot and reinstall the old short one…go buy a new short grade 12. The long bolt cuts its own threads so put your big boy pants on and crank on it. Now I’m no longer afraid to put my fat ass through the rough stuff on my pig. Thanks Bob! Where’s my damn PC stickers!? \m/ These guys are the best in the biz.
