For race-weekend meals, I love to eat salmon.

I just get really nervous on the line, but when that gate drops, I leave it all at the gate and feel free.
What's your number 1 bucket list thing you want to do in your life?
I have a long list of things I want to do. The number one thing I want to do is travel and see the world; meet new people and see how other cultures live their lives.

Soccer. And watching Downhill MTB and how the guys shut their brains off and send it.

Alina's Lebanese. It's a restaurant in Ontario and I could eat there every day.

Used to be oatmeal. Now it's whatever I have time to shovel down real quick.
Do you have any race-day superstitions?
I always put my right-side gear on first. If I put my left sock or knee brace on on first, it just feels weird and I have to take it off and put the right one on first.
What's your number 1 bucket list thing you want to do in your life?
Hard to pick the number one. I definitely want to experience Europe with my family, maybe hit an English Premier League game. That's up there. And watching my kids grow up into successful, decent human beings.
