ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY:

If You are a minor (under 18 years of age), You agree to include Your parents or legal guardians in reviewing these Terms and Conditions. You hereby represent that You are familiar with and have knowledge of the substantial risks, dangers, hazards and perils, INCLUDING THE POSSIBILITY OF SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH, involved in riding and racing recreational vehicles such as motorcycles, go carts, ATVs, and the like, and otherwise performing mechanical and riding/racing activities at racing events and practice sessions on such recreational vehicles used therein. You hereby fully assume any and all responsibilities and liabilities for such risks, including, without limitation, any type of product, service, or product or service related failure, damage to Your own and/or third-party property or person, incorrect product installation, riding/driving, performing mechanical services on the recreational vehicles during practice, in competition, during testing, while in racing or working areas, or any other place on, in or about the various locations where the recreational vehicles will be ridden/driven, practiced on, raced, or during the transportation of the vehicles to and from the said locations, or injuries to spectators, bystanders, or other persons regardless of the causes therefore. Precision Concepts shall in its sole discretion make any determination as to misuse, abuse, or error with respect to installation or any modifications. Should an error occur in specifications, part numbers, product listings, prices or model applications, Precision Concepts shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom. You understand and accept that specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing and model applications may change at any time without prior notice and without further obligation of Precision Concepts to provide such notice. By purchasing, installing and/or using any product or service from Precision Concepts, You hereby accept and understand these stated terms and conditions.

Servicing, adding new parts to, or modifying your vehicle may result in changed handling and performance characteristics of the vehicle. Only a qualified technician should install parts and components, and all parts and components must be installed properly with any required lubricants and or thread locking compounds. All fasteners must be torqued as instructed or to the manufacturer’s original specifications. You hereby acknowledge that recreational vehicles require periodic inspection and maintenance, including parts purchased from or services performed by Precision Concepts. You agree to comply with any instructions provided to You or at least abide by the original manufacturers specifications with regard to inspection, replacement of wear items, torque requirements and routine maintenance. You hereby acknowledge that racing, extreme terrain or conditions, or other uses not originally intended by the manufacturer can accelerate the need to inspect parts, replace wear items and perform maintenance more often. You agree to consult the instructions supplied with the part, or the motorcycle manufacturer’s original specifications for further details. You hereby acknowledge that any parts purchased or services provided that are not subsequently installed correctly, used as intended and further maintained properly may result in failure causing serious injury or death to Yourself or others, as well as damage to property. Precision Concepts strongly advises the use of all high quality safety equipment available when using recreational vehicles. SHIPPING:

Please note, Precision Concepts ships to most anywhere in the world using, primarily, either UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United Stated Postal Service) services, however we can make exceptions for bulk orders upon prior arrangement. Orders of in- stock items are usually shipped within one to three (1-3) business days, however small goods may take three to five (3-5) business days to be shipped. RETURNS:

Any product Precision Concepts authorizes, in its sole discretion, can be returned, must be unworn, able to be sold as new, and returned within thirty (30) days. There are no returns on discontinued, used parts, reduced items, and close outs. Do not send any part back to Precision Concepts without first calling and getting a return authorization, otherwise the part(s) will be shipped back to You at Your expense. PARTS THAT ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE OR ARE BACKORDERED:

Precision Concepts strives to send You Your parts as quickly as possible. However, there are times where the requested part or parts are unknowingly discontinued, or backordered. In such instances Precision Concepts will use good faith best efforts to locate the part or parts, and to contact You about the situation.

CONTENT AND COPY ERRORS:

Precision Concepts is of the belief that the copy, content, descriptions, part numbers and the like on the website, and or contained in any promotions are accurate. In the event of an error, Precision Concepts assumes no liability for any such error regarding component applications, product specifications, part numbers, descriptions, fitment, prices, etc. In addition, any or all of the aforesaid may change without prior notice of any kind.

PRICES:

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of the shipped order. Shipping and, if applicable, sales tax will be added to Your order.
